The pioneer who led the group since 1954, transformed the age-old family business with new business ideas and refurbished the traditional business into an emerging business setup. In order to generate employment and to stop migration, in 1969 he started the first manufacturing unit in the region to produce Catechu and Rice.
In 2005, his honest attempts were acknowledged by the Uttarakhand Government and he was awarded with the “UDHYOG RATNA” by the Government of Uttarakhand, for his immense contribution towards the development of industry in the State. His ideology remains with us

An entrepreneur who always dream of serving his native place, thought of benefiting the local people by creating job opportunities. He set up the first Soya bean oilseeds based solvent extraction plant in State of UP, steel making unit producing construction and structural steel, textile unit producing synthetic yarn, pet fibre, moulding and casting unit producing automobiles and other components, agro unit producing quality seeds, horticulture and floriculture products.
Following the steps of his father, as……he has always thought of products that are produced from agriculture or recycling thereby conserving the natural resources. We adhere to his mantra,

Our Manufacturing Excellence - Integrated from Billet to Bar
Indostar operates a fully integrated, in-house manufacturing process starting with continuous billet casting and progressing through automated rolling, German QST quenching, controlled cooling, and precision cutting. This seamless, automated system ensures uniform strength, superior ductility, accurate weight, and consistent dimensions in line with BIS standards. Every Fe 550D TMT bar is verified at Indostar Lab, our NABL-accredited in-house testing facility (ISO/IEC 17025:2017), ensuring complete quality assurance from billet to finished bar.
